You could do worse than watch some Industrial Dance. You could easily do better and actually do it -
it's a good form of excercise after all.
It's ideal; you can do it whilst staying socially distanced, and wearing a mask is practically compulsory:
And you can wear PVC! (Apparently Tiger Woods wears a red and black outfit every week,
despite being a rubbish dancer.)
The image above was distilled from Wendy Ailan's
video to Chaotic Rave System's Ignition. (Also available in Black*.)
There's only one Wendy Ailan - here's two of her:
Hmm, I probably should've saved that one for Hallowe'en.
Anyway, for her real die-hard fans, here's three:
Hopefully the song title isn't a message from Wendy. This is

Is it just me, or does that make her look horny?
OK, she's not wearing very much PVC - but there are two of her,
and she's still kind of compelling to watch. Even with the wrong kind of mask.
That's the same song as Wendy up top but a different, shorter, dance. Which is handy if you're in a hurry.
Here's Cirwana's Halloween photoshoot:
It's not just Wendy: her fellow Argentinian Cyanide Vice likes to pop on some
vinyl and bop to some vinyl.
The video is in colour. Mostly. Honest. It's a colour video of white walls and black PVC. Alright, try something
with a splash of colour:
Here's one that's been up since yesterday (not the Strawberry Switchblade song), done in a fetching (if not seasonal) outfit:
